That takes people who understand business and are willing to use new tools. We are expanding — early joiners shape how the business grows.

团队还不大，你能直接看到自己做的事对营收和客户的影响。AI 引擎会替你做掉重复劳动，你的时间用在判断上。The team is still small, so you see how your work hits revenue and clients. The AI engine absorbs repetitive work so your time goes to judgment.
不是听培训，是每天都在用。做地产的要会看商圈数据，做财税的要会用模型审账，做内容的要用 AI 出量。Not training sessions — daily practice. Real estate reads trade-area data, tax uses models to review books, content uses AI to scale output.
业务线上的分成与激励规则写清楚，做多少、拿多少可算。我们更愿意把规则摆在明面上，而不是靠谈。Commission and incentive rules are written down and calculable. We put the rules on the table rather than leaving them to negotiation.

负责企业客户的办公选址需求梳理、房源匹配、带看议价与签约跟进。需要能读懂客户真实的成本与组织需求，而不只是带看房源。Own briefs, matching, viewings, negotiation and signing. You need to read a client's real cost and organisational needs, not just show listings.
负责企业客户的代理记账、税务申报与筹划方案，并参与 AI 记账工具的落地校验。要求有注册会计师或税务师相关资格者优先。Bookkeeping, filings and planning, plus validating our AI bookkeeping tools. CPA or tax advisor qualification preferred.
负责企业级 AI 应用与智能体的落地开发，包括大模型接入、工作流编排、私有化部署。要求有 Python/TypeScript 工程能力，做过实际交付项目。Building enterprise AI and agent applications: LLM integration, workflow orchestration, on-premise deployment. Python/TypeScript with real delivery experience.
负责赛道研究、项目筛选、财务模型与尽调协调。优先考虑有 FA 或早期投资经验者；需要能独立写出让投资人看懂的材料。Sector research, deal screening, financial modelling and due diligence. FA or early-stage investing background preferred.
负责把企业的专业内容转成可传播的图文与短视频，用 AI 提效但坚持人工终审。需要能独立完成选题、脚本与成片把控。Turning expertise into publishable articles and video, AI-assisted but human-approved. Able to own topic, script and final cut.

能跑一版看效果的事，不要开会。方案说不清的，做出来再说。If a working version can settle it, skip the meeting.
说人话Plain language
对客户、对同事都一样。听不懂的术语说明没想清楚。With clients and colleagues alike. Jargon usually means unclear thinking.
数据要能追溯Traceable numbers
所有对外数据必须有出处。查不到的数字，宁可不说。Every external number needs a source. If it cannot be traced, drop it.
不做越界的事Stay in bounds
税务不碰灰色，资金不碰池子，宣传不碰绝对化。红线不是建议。No grey tax work, no fund pools, no absolute claims. Red lines are not suggestions.
