我们收集什么What we collect
仅在你主动提交表单或邮件时收集：姓名、公司名称、联系电话、邮箱、咨询内容。我们不采集身份证号、银行卡号、生物特征等敏感个人信息。Only what you submit: name, company, phone, email and your enquiry. We do not collect ID numbers, card numbers or biometric data.

仅在潮汐控股及其业务主体内部、为实现上述目的而使用。除法律法规要求或你另行同意外，不向第三方提供。支付业务涉及持牌机构时，必要信息按持牌机构合规要求传递。Used only within CHAOXI HOLDINGS and its business entities for the purposes above. Not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
保存期限与你的权利Retention and your rights
咨询信息保存至目的实现后合理期限（建议不超过 24 个月），法律法规另有规定的从其规定。你可以随时要求查询、更正、删除或撤回同意，发送邮件至 389054181@qq.com，我们将在 15 个工作日内答复。Retained for a reasonable period after the purpose is met (recommended: under 24 months). You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal by emailing 389054181@qq.com; we reply within 15 business days.
支付服务的边界The boundaries of our payment service
- 潮汐企业服务的支付业务，与具备中国人民银行支付业务许可的持牌机构合作开展。我们提供选型咨询、技术对接与落地实施服务，自身不从事支付业务、不发卡、不清算。Payment services are delivered with institutions licensed by the People's Bank of China. We provide selection, integration and implementation — we do not operate payment, issue cards or clear funds ourselves.
- 客户资金由持牌机构直接结算，我们不触碰客户资金，不设立资金池，不做代收代付。Client funds settle directly through the licensed institution. We never hold funds, run pools or act as a payment agent.
- 费率、结算周期、准入条件与可支持行业，一律以合作持牌机构的官方口径与最终审批为准，本网站不展示、不承诺任何具体费率或收益。Rates, settlement cycles, eligibility and supported industries follow the licensed institution's official terms and approval. This site states no rates or returns.
- 我们不从事、不协助任何形式的套现、虚假交易、洗钱或规避监管的行为；发现此类诉求将立即终止合作并保留报告权利。We do not engage in or assist cash-out, fake transactions, money laundering or regulatory evasion; we will terminate and may report such requests.

- 潮汐资本提供的是面向企业客户的财务顾问（FA）服务，不构成任何形式的投资建议、投资咨询、要约或要约邀请。Chaoxi Capital provides financial advisory (FA) services to corporate clients. Nothing constitutes investment advice, an offer or a solicitation.
- 我们不向不特定社会公众募集资金，不销售或代销任何金融产品，不发行基金，不代客理财。资金端合作均通过线下方式向特定对象开展。We do not raise funds from the general public, do not distribute financial products, do not issue funds and do not manage third-party assets. Capital-side engagement is offline with specific parties.
